"Friendly Folks and Perfect Puddings" is an weekly 'Friendship Quest' quest that is unlocked sometime after the player has completed the "Revive the Oasis" quest.

Quest Information
The player will meet Pompompurin who is waiting for customers to arrive at the Dessert Boat. Suddenly, a customer will arrive... it's 
Pekkle! Pekkle will greet Pompompurin and the player and mention that he's a bit hungry. He'll then ask if he could have some 
Tofu Pudding. The player must then cook 1x Tofu Pudding and then speak to Pompompurin. Pekkle will say that it looks good, but he's actually in the mood for 
Strawberry Ice Cream. The player must then cook 1x Strawberry Ice Cream and then speak to Pompompurin. Pekkle will then say that the Strawberry Ice Cream looks good, but he's actually in the mood for something else! Pompompurin will tell Pekkle to make up his mind cause he wants to close the Dessert Boat soon, and the player will suggest making Pekkle a 
Pumpkin Pudding. Afterwards, the player must cook 1x Pumpkin Pudding and then speak to Pompompurin once more. Pekkle will say that he'd love to eat the Pumpkin Pudding, so then the player must gift it to him! Once Pekkle has his Pumpkin Pudding, he'll thank the player and Pompompurin before leaving.
