George White is 
Hello Kitty's father and is a possible island visitor. He becomes a possible visitor once Hello Kitty reaches friendship level 20.
Once unlocked, he can visit the player anytime if his 
Visitor Cabin Requirements are met. Until he reaches a 
5-star friendship level on your island, he will assign Daily Quests, one per visit to your island. His daily gift for talking to him is 
Woodblock.

Unlocks
George White as a permanent 5-star resident are one of the requirements to unlock the following quests:
