"Day Dreamy Drama" is an 'Around the Island' quest which unlocks the ability to customize your 
Balloons! In order to unlock the quest, the player must have completed the "A Challenging Rescue" quest.

Tuxedosam has another treat to help you perfect your look"
Quest Information
The player will meet Tuxedosam who wants to show the player a fashion surprise he's been working on! The player must then meet 
Big Challenges, the talented "fashion model" and speak to him. Tuxedosam will them ask Big Challenges to showcase his fashion surprise, and Big Challenges will float to the ground using his brand new 
Green Balloons! Once finished, the player must then meet Tuxedosam and Big Challenges at the 
Resort Plaza. Tuxedosam is excited to give the player his new designs... however, Big Challenges has some news—he's hid them in 
Treasure Chests all around 
Friendship Island! Therefore, in order to unlock new Balloon designs, the player must find the Treasure Chests to unlock them. Big Challenges will then gift the player his Green Balloons.
