Fire Up the Volcano
"Fire Up the Volcano" is an ''The Island Mystery' quest that is unlocked when the player reaches friendship level 11 with 
Retsuko and has completed the "Enraging Ruins" quest.

Quest Information
The player will meet 
Keroppi in front of a Mount Hothead Cave entrance at the base of the 
Mount Hothead volcano. He will express his concerns about the absence of lava flow — he believes a lullaby will help! The player will recruit Retsuko, who is at the Hot Springs, to help! Once Retsuko agrees, both the player and Retsuko will return to Keroppi. Retsuko is nervous about returning back to the volcano, after the dangerous cart ride she had to go through earlier... Keroppi tries to come up with another way to get the lava flowing, but Retsuko caves in and agrees to sing.
At the first dormant lava pool, Retsuko tries to sing a soft lullaby; however, it doesn't seem to be working — this causes Retsuko immense rage, causing her to transform into 
Aggretsuko! After her intense song, the lava begins to flow. 
Kiki and 
Lala appear, telling Retsuko, Keroppi, and the player to keep going! The player can find the following locations of the dormant lava pools via the quest indicator on the map.
Retsuko, Keroppi, and the player must then travel to the next dormant lava pool, which include two mine cart rides. Once arriving at the second dormant lava pool, Retsuko will transform into Aggretsuko once again and sing about her distain for mine carts.
Keroppi will inform everyone that the next location is final dormant lava pool and Retsuko, will transform into Aggretsuko again to sing. After she finishes, Keroppi will sense that there is still more singing to do! When taking the nearest exit, the player will arrive at the Caldera, the highest point of Mount Hothead.
The player must take Retsuko and Keroppi around the dormant lava in the Caldera to help the lava flow again. When arriving at the location, Retsuko will attempt to sing her heart out; however, it doesn't work! Retsuko, who is very frustrated, will give the player and Keroppi the Concert Outfit, which includes the 
Volcano Smoke Concert Hat and 
Fire Concert Outfit, in order to help Retsuko sing loud enough. Keroppi and the player will then sing — finally creating enough music to make the lava flow! Afterwards, Kiki and Lala will reappear, telling everyone that by working together, they've demonstrated true friendship. Kiki will then award the player the 
Mount Hothead Star Fragment before disappearing again.
