The  Hot Cocoa can be made using the  Espresso Machine inside the  Comedy Club or  Hello Kitty Cafe. The  Hot Cocoa requires the upgraded  Espresso Machine, which is unlocked at friendship level 4 with  Hangyodon. The  Hot Cocoa  recipe is unlocked at friendship level 11 with  Cinnamoroll.
