Patchwork Gown
The Patchwork Gown is a clothing item that is part of the Spooky Celebration Outfit set and was originally unlocked via the 
Event Stand for the Spooky Celebration event. The Patchwork Gown originally cost 10x Spooky Treat. After the first year, it became available at 
Tuxedosam's Shop for the duration of the Spooky Celebration event.
Patchwork Gown can be customized using the 
Clothing Dye Station in Tuxedosam's Shop using 
Dye Pouches. There is also an undyeable Legendary variation, the 
Teal Patchwork Gown.

In the event running from October 1, 2023 to the end of November 14, 2023, Patchwork Gowns were available for purchase from the Event Stand for 10x Spooky Treat. The first date they were obtainable was October 1, 2023.
There was no limit to amount that could be purchased.
2024
In the event running from September 27, 2024 to the end of November 4, 2024, Patchwork Gowns were available to purchase from the Tuxedosam's Shop for Spooky Treat (1),
Glow Berry (15) and 
Fabric (3).
There was no limit to amount that could be purchased.

Notes
The Halloween Patchwork Gown was originally named the Basic Patchwork Gown in 2023. Some time before the Spooky Celebration Event in 2024, the item was misnamed to the Teal Patchwork Dress. This was fixed before the 2.3 Update.
