Spooky Treat.
Spooky Celebration, also known as 
Kuromi's Spooky Celebration, is an 
Event that runs annually in the month of October. It is normally preceded by Scholastic Celebration and Jam Jamboree. [1]
Spooky Celebration was the third event to occur in-game.

Note: The "End Date" is the last day to earn event currency and purchase event-related items. The event stand and currency disappear at the end of the End Date.
Overview
This Spooky Celebration, Kuromi teaches 
My Melody how to be just a little scary, while 
Cinnamoroll keeps Lloromannic in check. The main purpose of this event is to celebrate the spooky season!
Players can collect Spooky Treats and use them to purchase Spooky Celebration clothing or Spooky Celebration furniture at the 
Spooky Celebration Event Stand.

Spooky Treats
Spooky Treats are the main form of currency for the Spooky Celebration event. They can be used to purchase limited-time goods from the Spooky Celebration Event Stand in the 
Resort Plaza. They are obtained from trick-or-treating with Island Residents and by completing 
Daily Quests.
- 9x Spooky Treats can be earned each day by playing "Trick-or-Treat" with Island Residents or Island Visitors. In order to play Trick-or-Treat, the player:
If both conditions are met, when the player talks to the Island Resident, they will be given the dialogue option to "Trick or Treat!"
- 4x Spooky Treats can be earned each day after completing all available Daily Quests.
- Players that own the
Wheatflour Wonderland DLC can earn 1x additional Spooky Treat each day, after completing the 5th available Daily Quest, which is always DLC-related.
- Players that own the
In total, the player can earn 13x Spooky Treats per day. If the player owns the Wheatflour Wonderland DLC, they will earn 14x Spooky Treats per day.
Daily Limit: Once the player has earned the 9x Spooky Treats from Trick-or-Treating for the day, the next time they play Trick-or-Treat with an Island Resident the player will receive a Trick. Players are limited to 3x Spooky Treats from each resident. If the player missed the previous 1 to 2 days of Trick-or-Treating, they will not receive more Spooky Treats per Trick-or-Treat attempt. Instead, they must speak to additional residents for more Spooky Treats to make up for the previous days.
Trick-or-Treat
In order to play Trick-or-Treat:
- The player must be wearing at least one clothing item that either is
spooky or counts as a costume piece, - The time of day must be
night.
Player Advice
Time can be changed using a 
bed placed in a Visitor Cabin or with 
Pekkle's "Dance All Night" companion ability.
If both conditions are met, when the player talks to the Island Resident, they are given the dialogue option to "Trick or Treat!". Players receive Spooky Treats until they hit their limit for the day, after which they instead receive a regular item as a "Trick". Each Island Resident gives a specific item as a Trick.

Event Stand
The Spooky Celebration Event Stand acts as a shop for Spooky Celebration's limited-time items. Spooky Treats can be traded for Spooky Celebration clothing or Spooky Celebration furniture sold here. At the stand, the player can purchase the current year's event items, along with previous event year 
furniture, 
clothing, and 
other items.

Outfits for Characters
Participating in the event can unlock different outfits for certain Island Residents. Once obtained, the player can ask the character to change into the outfit at any time. These are mostly unlocked through cutscenes that automatically trigger at resets sometime during the event.

Cutscenes
Cutscenes are scenes with scripted dialogue that are time-locked to only be viewable after certain dates. Cutscenes must trigger in order and occur at the daily reset, after the daily greeting from My Melody.
The first cutscene started the main story of the event. It was first viewable on October 2, 2025. It unlocked the following outfit:
