"Prank Preparation" is an ''Friendship Quest' quest that is unlocked when the player reaches friendship level 1 with 
Badtz-maru.
Quest Description
"Help Badtz-maru set up the perfect prank."
Quest Information
The player will meet Badtz-maru at his Comic and Bait Shop in 
Seaside Resort. Badtz-maru will ask the player to find 3 pieces of 
Rubber to craft a 
Water Balloon to prank 
My Melody. Badtz-maru will give the player the crafting plans for the Water Balloon. The player can find the three pieces of rubber on the ground around the Seaside Resort. After finding the rubber, the player must then use 
Chococat's crafting table, located on the right side of the region, near the Resort Gate, to craft the water balloon and return the water balloon to Badtz-maru.
