"Refined Tastes" is an weekly 'Friendship Quest' quest that is unlocked sometime after the player has completed the "A Challenging Rescue" quest.

Quest Information
The player will meet My Melody who will tell the player that she needs help figuring out presents to give 
Tuxedosam and 
TOPHAT. She'll ask the player to craft 1x 
Tropical Hologram. After crafting the Tropical Hologram, the player must gift it to Tuxedosam.
