Seeds can be found around 
Merry Meadow. A total of 24 seeds can be found a day: 5 in the 
Merry Meadows Fields level, 7 in the Merry Meadows Plaza level, 6 in the Merry Meadows Overlook level, and 6 in the Meadows Temple/Meadows Creation Station level. Seeds cannot be gifted to another player in multiplayer.
