The Witch Dress is a clothing item that is part of the Witch Outfit collection. On the first floor of the Haunted Mansion, in the 
Treasure Chest, the player will find the Witch Dress during the "Re-Haunt the Spooky Swamp" quest. After completing the quest, the Witch Dress may be purchased in 
Tuxedosam's Shop.
The Witch Dress can be customized using the 
Clothing Dye Station in Tuxedosam's Shop using Dye Pouches 
.
