Witch Dress
The Witch Dress is a clothing item that is part of the Witch Outfit collection. On the first floor of the Haunted Mansion, in the 
Treasure Chest, the player will find the Witch Dress during the "Re-Haunt the Spooky Swamp" quest. After completing the quest, the Witch Dress may be purchased in 
Tuxedosam's Shop.
The Witch Dress can be customized using the 
Clothing Dye Station in Tuxedosam's Shop using Dye Pouches 
. There are also undyeable Legendary special variations that must be obtained elsewhere.

Re-Haunt the Spooky Swamp
The Witch Dress can be found within a Treasure Chest on the first floor of the Haunted Mansion during the "Re-Haunt the Spooky Swamp" quest.
Spooky Secrets
Certain undyeable variations of the Witch Dress can be found during the multiplayer "Spooky Secrets" quests.
Forest Witch Dress: in the secret nul library room of the Haunted Mansion's Basement Library. (2nd floor, along the wall south of Room 2.)
Ice Witch Dress: at the end of Room 2 of the Haunted Mansion's Basement Library.
Strawberry Witch Dress: after finishing Room 4 in the Haunted Mansion's Basement Library.
