The Haunted Mansion is located in Spooky Swamp and is ran by 
Kuromi. The Haunted Mansion is filled with single-player and multiplayer puzzle rooms for the player to complete for certain quests.
Main Area
The main area of the mansion is unlocked through the "Re-Haunt the Spooky Swamp" quest. The player must reachfriendship level 4 with Kuromi and have completed the "Power Up the Gate" quest in order to unlock the quest.
Haunted Mansion Puzzle Rooms
The player will be prompted to solve the Haunted Mansion puzzle rooms while completing the "Re-Haunt the Spooky Swamp" quest. There are a total of 10 puzzle rooms, and they must be solved in order from 1 to 10 in order to access the 11th room on the top floor. Kuromi can help the player skip any room, just in case they get stuck.

Witch Dress
On the first floor of the Haunted Mansion is a 
Treasure Chest with the 
Witch Dress.
Basement Library (Multiplayer Only)
TOPHAT and 
Big Challenges have expanded the Haunted Mansion! The Basement Library is unlocked when the player starts the "Spooky Secrets" quest series, which has a total of four quests. Each room unlocks 7 days after the last room was completed.
The quest is unlocked when the player is actively hosting a 
Multiplayer session with a friend who is level 2+, has already completed "A Challenging Rescue" and "Friends From Afar", and has reached friendship level 5 with TOPHAT.

Basement Library Treasure
Several books are around the library and can be gathered by the player. There is also a hidden Treasure Chest containing a Spooky Celebration Pumpkin Deco that the player can access by jumping and walking around the top of the shelves. There is a surprise exit from the chest's location.
Nul Library Room
The Nul Room in the Basement Library has a Treasure Chest with the 
Forest Witch Dress.

During the "Call to Adventure" quest series, on the top floor there is a secret entrance revealed which leads to the attic room.
