Dessert Machine
The 
Dessert Machine is a cooking station that uses 
Cactus Creams and one or two other ingredients to make a variety of desserts that can be gifted to 
Island Residents. The Dessert Machine is located inside the 
Dessert Boat in 
Gemstone Mountain's Oasis. It is unlocked upon completing the "Dessert-ed Boat" quest.
The Dessert Machine is upgraded at friendship level 13 with 
Pompompurin. The upgrade unlocks the ability to make recipes with two additional ingredients ( Cactus Cream + first ingredient + second ingredient).
Hello Kitty's 
Sous Chef Ability does work for the Dessert Machine.

Only two additional ingredients can be used. If the table below lists more than two additional ingredients for a single item, that means there is a different recipe variation possible.
Crafting Plans
The Dessert Machine 
crafting plans are unlocked at friendship level 15 with Pompompurin. The player can then craft functioning Dessert Machines and place them in 
Visitor Cabins around 
Friendship Island. During the "Mini Mode" quest, the player will unlock the crafting plans for the 
Mini Dessert Machine.
