"Month of Meh" is an 
"Around The Island" quest that is available from May 1st (5/1) until May 31st (5/31) annually.

Quest Information
The player will meet 
Hello Kitty and 
Chococat in the Resort Plaza, where they will be discussing the strange 
Gudetama 
Nisetama-san. The player must find and take a picture with Nisetama-san. Afterwards, the player will return to Hello Kitty at the Resort Plaza. 
Tuxedosam will explain that the player should break eggs and take pictures with Nisetama-san to get 
Yolk, which can be put into the Egg Shrine. 
Pochacco will tell the player that they can talk to the Egg Shrine for hints about where Nisetama-san is hiding.
