Rainy Day Delight
Rainy Day Delight is a "The Right Tools" quest that allows the player to control the 
Aquafall Machine. The quest is unlocked after the player has completed the "Rain or Shine" quest.

Gemstone Mountain to see the effects of their work. They will meet in Gemstone Town and to his delight, it is raining! Chococat explains that the rain has brought out new critters and fish that only appear in such weather. Together, they marvel at the new sights and sounds brought by the rain.
