A Friend Indeed (quest series)
"A Friend Indeed" is a 'Friendship' quest series with a total of three quests and is unlocked after the player has reached friendship level 15 with 
My Melody. After completing one of the quests in the quest series, the player must wait until the following day to complete the next quest.
A Friend Indeed: Part 1
Quest Description
"Help My Melody bring her friend to Friendship Island."
Quest Information
The player will meet My Melody at the Resort Plaza of 
Seaside Resort, where she will explaining how stressful it is to run her shop all by herself. 
Cinnamoroll will then arrive, telling My Melody that she has a 
letter from 
My Sweet Piano saying that she wants to come to Friendship Island! My Melody will then ask the player for some help preparing for My Sweet Piano's arrival. The player must gift My Melody the following items: 10 
Woodblock, 10 
Fabric, and 10 
Mechanism. After giving the items to My Melody, she tells the player that her special surprise will be completed tomorrow.
A Friend Indeed: Part 2
Quest Description
"Help My Melody bring her friend to Friendship Island."
Quest Information
The following day, the player will meet My Melody inside of her shop, which she has remodeled completely overnight for My Sweet Piano's arrival. My Melody expresses that she thinks she needs more gifts for My Sweet Piano because she is her best friend and will ask the player for some help. The player must gift My Melody all of the following items: 1 
Gift Box, 1 
Aquatic Gift, 1 
Rocky Gift, 1 
Swampy Gift, 1 
Tropical Gift, and 1 
Volcanic Gift.

After giving the items to My Melody, she thanks the player, explaining that each gift is a symbol for all the potential Friendship Island has to bring, and begins to walk away — only to trip and destroy all of the gifts the player just gave to her! She will then begin to cry until 
Hello Kitty appears to comfort her. Hello Kitty will explain that the best gift to My Sweet Piano is being reunited with My Melody. Afterwards, My Melody will ask the player to give a Invitation Letter from her to Cinnamoroll, and deliver it to My Sweet Piano. The player must then find Cinnamoroll, speak to him where he will then take the letter from the player and explain that My Sweet Piano will arrive tomorrow!
A Friend Indeed: Part 3
Quest Description
"Help My Melody bring her friend to Friendship Island."
Quest Information
Shortly after entering the game, a cutscene featuring the player, My Melody, 
Badtz-maru, 
Keroppi, and Hello Kitty will be on screen. My Melody will have everyone gather around the Resort Plaza to welcome My Sweet Piano, who will jump out of the airplane and safely land in the center of the plaza. She'll do a little dance and greet everyone. My Melody and My Sweet Piano will be overjoyed to see each other once again! After the cutscene, My Sweet Piano can be found in Small Gift Big Smile.
