When The Stars Align

"When The Stars Align" is an 
"Around The Island" quest that is unlocked after the player has completed the "Starry Treasures" quest.
Quest Description
"
Badtz-maru is looking for the source of all these shooting stars"
Quest Information
The player meets with Badtz-maru, who will tell the player about a new fish... the 
Starry Snipe! He'll ask the player to catch one for him. To catch the Starry Snipe, it must be 
starfalling in 
Rainbow Reef. After catching the Starry Snipe, the player must then gift it to Badtz-maru. After doing so, he'll tell the player about a new critter, 
Stardrake! He'll ask the player to catch one. To catch the Stardrake, it must be starfalling on 
Cloud Island. The player should bring along 
Keroppi to make catching the Stardrake easier. After catching the Stardrake, the player must then donate it to the 
Cloud Island Critter Corral. With the Stardrake safely donated, the player returns to Badtz-maru to update him and complete the quest.
