Witch Hat
The Witch Hat is a clothing item that is part of the Witch Outfit collection. The Witch Hat can be found within the Treasure Trove puzzle room during the "Re-Haunt the Spooky Swamp" quest. After completing the quest, the Witch Hat may be purchased in 
Tuxedosam's Shop.
The Witch Hat can be customized using the 
Clothing Dye Station in Tuxedosam's Shop using Dye Pouches 
. There are also undyeable Legendary special variations that must be obtained elsewhere.

Re-Haunt the Spooky Swamp
The Witch Hat can be found within a 
Treasure Chest in Treasure Trove — a puzzle room in 
Spooky Swamp.
Spooky Secrets
Certain undyeable variations of the Witch Hat can be found during the multiplayer "Spooky Secrets" quests.
Forest Witch Hat: at the end of Room 1 of the Haunted Mansion's Basement Library.
Ice Witch Hat: near the beginning of Room 3 of the Haunted Mansion's Basement Library. The other player must press a lever to unblock it.
Strawberry Witch Hat: at the end of Room 3 in the Haunted Mansion's Basement Library.
