Location
Chiffon is a member of the "Cinnamoangels" and "Cafe Cinnamon", and an 
Island Visitor. She will visit the player every 4 weeks, if her 
Visitor Cabin requirements are met. Until she reaches a 
5-star friendship level on the player's island, she will assign 
Daily Quests, one per visit to the island. Her daily gift is 1x Mocha.

Visitor Cabin Requirements
For Chiffon to move into a Visitor Cabin, it must meet the following requirements:
- Must have a
Coastal Decorative Plant from 
Seaside Resort. - Must have a
Spooky Lounge Sofa from 
Spooky Swamp. - Must have a
Rustic Bookcase from 
Gemstone Mountain. - Must have a
Pirate 'Chest' Dresser from 
Rainbow Reef. - Must have a
Tropical Bed from 
Mount Hothead.
Player Advice
The items do not actually have to be found in the specific listed region, but that is where they are generally first obtained.
To boost the chance of Chiffon visiting, add items with the liked tag: 
Sports. Each liked item gives 1x 
heart, and up to 5x liked items can be included to earn a maximum of 5x hearts. Maximum hearts greatly increase the chance of a visit but do not guarantee it.
