Magical Mailboxes
"Magical Mailboxes" is an 
"Friendship" quest that is unlocked starting on March 6th (3/6) until March 12th (3/12) annually and after the player has completed the "Delivery Service" quest.

Quest Information
The player meets with 
Hello Kitty, who says they have a party to plan and asks the player has the time to help 
My Melody and her to plan Cinnamoroll's birthday. Cinnamoroll hears the whole discussion and says he does not need a party. Since Hello Kitty does not want to go against his wishes, My Melody suggests the player spend time with Cinnamoroll.
The player meets with Cinnamoroll by the 
Fast-Travel Mailbox by the Resort Plaza, who has a delivery to make to 
Kuromi. He asks the player to bring him 5 
Glowberries. Afterwards, the player must then speak to Kuromi in the 
Spooky Swamp to make the delivery.
Next, Cinnamoroll says he has a delivery for 
Badtz-maru, but does not have any 
Coconuts and 
Pineapples on hand. He asks the player to bring him 5 Coconuts and 5 Pineapples. The player must then speak to Badtz-maru at the dock near the Island Gate to make the delivery.
During the conversation between Badtz-maru and Cinnamoroll, the player will get an idea and goes to find Hello Kitty to tell her the plan. My Melody, Kuromi and Badtz-maru appear and say they want to help with Cinnamoroll's birthday. Hello Kitty informs them that they plan to decorate his mailboxes so he can see the decorations when he travels. Hello Kitty then asks the player to bring them supplies so My Melody and she can make the decorations, while Kuromi distracts Cinnamoroll and Badtz-maru picks the mailboxes. The player gives My Melody the supplies — 3

My Melody then makes the decorations and hands them to the player, asking them to decorate the Fast-Travel Mailboxes in the following locations: Resort Plaza, Spooky Swamp, Nature Preserve, Resort Gate, and Resort Docks.
After decorating the mailboxes, the player will talk to Hello Kitty again, who asks the player to check the Resort Plaza Fast-Travel Mailbox to see if Cinnamoroll is around and has seen his surprise. On talking to Cinnamoroll, he expresses his happiness and thanks the player by giving them a 
Cinnamoroll Party Favor and the crafting plans for 
Cinnamoroll Birthday Balloons.
