Party Favors are special rewards given to players after they complete a birthday quest. They are only available during the week of an island resident's birthday. As of game version 1.6.5, Party Favors are purely decorative and cannot be opened. They are also not event currency, and therefore cannot be used to buy anything. Lastly, Party Favors are not tradable.
