Witch Outfit (Set)
The Witch Outfit consists of 2 clothing items: the Witch Hat and the Witch Dress. The special Autumn variations are available only during the Fall Fashion Frenzy event, and other special variations are only available through the "Spooky Secrets" quests.

Abilities/Perks
The Witch Outfit has no abilities/perks.
Outfit Locations
The basic witch outfit is unlocked through normal game progress. The special Autumn variations are available only during the Fall Fashion Frenzy event, and the other special variations are only available through the "Spooky Secrets" quests.
Basic Set
The Witch Outfit Set is located in 
Spooky Swamp in two separate locations. In order to unlock the Witch Outfit, the player must be friendship level 4 with 
Kuromi to begin the "Re-Haunt the Spooky Swamp" quest.
Witch Dress:
Treasure Chest on the first floor of the Haunted Mansion.
Witch Hat:
Treasure Chest in the "Treasure Trove" puzzle in the Ghost Tour Ride area.
Spooky Secrets Set
The "Spooky Secrets" quests are unlocked when the player is actively hosting a Multiplayer session with a friend who is level 2+. The hosting player must have also met a few other requirements that are not listed here to avoid some spoilers.
Forest Witch Hat: at the end of Room 1 of the Haunted Mansion's Basement Library.
Forest Witch Dress: in the secret nul library room of the Haunted Mansion's Basement Library. (2nd floor, along the wall south of Room 2.)
Ice Witch Hat: near the beginning of Room 3 of the Haunted Mansion's Basement Library. The other player must press a lever to unblock it.
Ice Witch Dress: at the end of Room 2 of the Haunted Mansion's Basement Library.
Strawberry Witch Hat: at the end of Room 3 in the Haunted Mansion's Basement Library.
Strawberry Witch Dress: after finishing Room 4 in the Haunted Mansion's Basement Library.
